I ship AI agents
into real work.

I sit with the people doing the job, find the slow part, and build the system that fixes it. Full stack, LLMs and agents, on infrastructure I run myself.

  • Québec City · Eastern Time
  • French / English
  • Remote · Canada & US

01 · What I've shipped

Real products.
Real commits.

Everything here I designed, built and run myself. Commit counts are from the git history.

DragunOverdue invoice → 14-day follow-up → pay link

Paused · private repo~680 commits

Dragun

Receivables software for Canadian small businesses.

The problem
Small businesses lose money and hours chasing overdue invoices by phone.
What I built
A 14-day follow-up cadence across SMS, email and calls, with Stripe Checkout pay links and verified webhooks. Supabase auth with row-level security, Sentry, and message providers that fail closed. A demo workspace runs without credentials.

Next.js 16 · Supabase (Postgres, RLS) · Stripe · Sentry

Prochaine Adresse

Live~340 commits

Prochaine Adresse

A Québec real-estate matching platform.

The problem
Buyers don't know which broker fits their project, and brokers waste time on bad leads.
What I built
Three sides in one app: a consumer questionnaire with calculators and guides, broker onboarding with bids and payments, and an operator console for lead intake and matching. Moved off Vercel to my own server.

Madelucidclaude -p → skills → ffmpeg → final.mp4

Beta · private repo~360 commits

Madelucid

A desktop video studio that runs on your own coding agent.

The problem
Editing short videos takes hours of work that follows the same steps every time.
What I built
A Tauri app that starts Claude Code or Codex, streams what it does, and drives ten skill files plus FFmpeg, whisper.cpp and yt-dlp inside the user's own folder. No server, no API keys. A fork of ViralMint (AGPL), rebuilt around an agent backend.

Propagande

Live · open sourceOpen source · AGPL

Propagande

Long video in, captioned vertical clips out, all in the browser.

The problem
Clipping tools upload your video and charge per minute.
What I built
Whisper large-v3-turbo runs on the user's GPU through WebGPU. The app cuts on whole sentences, scores moments, writes three openings per clip and renders 9:16 MP4s with a canvas. The video never leaves the device. An MCP server lets Claude drive the same engine locally.

My production serverDNS → Traefik → 17 containers

Running17 containers

My production server

One VPS that hosts my sites and apps, this one included.

The problem
Hosted platforms get expensive and hide how things run.
What I built
Docker Compose services behind Traefik with automatic TLS, one router file per site, loopback-only ports and read-only mounts. I deploy, debug certificates and roll back myself.

Linux · Docker · Traefik · Let's Encrypt

  • Hermes Mobile Open-source mobile control deck for a self-hosted agent: pairing, streamed chat, action approvals. Expo, React Native.
  • AKASHA 2-Lite Experiments comparing Hamiltonian and unconstrained dynamics models on long-horizon prediction. Python.
  • Dongun Browser survival game, co-created with Raphael Simard. Phaser, TypeScript.

02 · How I work

Sit with the work.
Ship. Hand it over.

  1. 01

    Sit with the work.

Watch how the job is done today, write down what slows it, and agree on what “fixed” means before writing code.

  2. 02

    Ship the smallest real thing.

Put a working version in front of the people who use it within days. Rules stay in code; the model only does what it's good at.

  3. 03

    Hand it over.

Runbooks, logs, a human approval step where it matters. It has to keep running when I'm not in the room.

Why it fits an FDE seat

  • End to end, alone. Database, API, front end, payments, deploys and the server they run on.
  • Comfortable with people. Years of front-line work in health care, retail and sales before code was my job.
  • Bilingual. I work with customers in French and English.

03 · Résumé

The short version.

One page, plain text, readable by any applicant tracking system.

Let's talk.

I reply within a day. Tell me about the team, the customers and what's slow.
